2026 Dryer Vent Cleaning

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
National Air Technologies (N.A.T.) has been contracted to clean your dryer vents.
Crew will be performing interior and exterior dryer vent cleaning at the building. Please read the
instructions below carefully to ensure safe and efficient service.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST & WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND – OUTSIDE CLEANING – no access is required

MONDAY, AUGUST 31ST -INSIDE CLEANING FOR UNITS LISTED BELOW:
UNITS 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, 40, 41, 43, 48, 49, 53, 54, 62, 63, 81, 83, 85, 86,
96, 97, 98, 101 & 108

– PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE, OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH A NEIGHBOUR AS YOUR INSIDE VENT WAS NOT CLEANED LAST YEAR!!! THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD!
Crew Arrival for Interior Cleaning: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM at the complex
(This is the arrival window at the complex, not at individual units.)

Interior Cleaning Instructions
N.A.T. will begin interior cleaning at UNIT 3 of the complex and work systematically to UNIT 108.
If your unit is not listed above, no access is required.

  • Access is required. We cannot return if you do not provide access due to equipment and
    scheduling constraints.
  • Please ensure your dryer is empty and obstacles are cleared from above and around the dryer.
  • Unavailable? Leave your key with a neighbour or the on-site contact to avoid additional costs
    for a return visit.
  • Crew must be accompanied by a key bearer.
  • Empty units will not be entered for liability reasons.
    Exterior Cleaning Instructions
  • Resident presence is not required for outside cleaning.
  • Crew will be moving throughout the complex, please be aware.
  • Balcony dryer vents: Remove any obstacles under dryer vents to create a clear path for
    technicians.
  • Liability: National Air Technologies is not responsible for damage caused by foreign objects
    (e.g., socks, coins, hair clips, chopsticks) left in the dryer well or lint trap.
  • N.A.T. does not use vacuums to collect lint; a light layer may remain on the ground, but
    technicians will collect as much as possible.
