As of 2023 each owner is free to contract with the company of their choosing to replace their windows. Design and specifications should match (or be very close to) the specs in the documents below. You will need to get a quote and specs, and then get approval from Strata Council, as well as sign a Liability waiver.

When deciding on windows, please use the approximate costs below. The prices are on the higher end for 2022, but will likely be higher now. Make sure windows are brown on the outside to match what has been installed so far. Type of opening is up to owner, but must meet fire code.

Patio Windows $2100 each (5 feet wide) – so $6300 for the set

Patio Door: $3680

Bedroom windows $1630 to $2000 each, depending on style and type of opening
