RENTAL OF CLUBHOUSE
- Rentals are for a 24 Hour period (Usually 10am to 10am) at a rate of $50/ Use
- Maximum occupancy of the recreation centre is 150 people.
- Rooms need to be cleaned after use (See Clean up Policy Below), and left as they were found
- Any damage to walls, floor or furniture will be charged to the renter at the rates in Rule 13.
- Charges for rentals and any cleaning fees will be charged to the owner’s strata Leger
- NO SMOKING or VAPING in the Hall or anywhere in the centre courtyard (See rule 14)
- Please instruct visitors to park on the Street. NO PARKING in and around the buildings for non-residents.
If you would like to reserve a date, please complete the Rental Application form and submit to manoahrentals@gmail.com
- Once received, you will be notified if your rental is approved and if so, your event is added to the calendar below
- Payment is then due by CHEQUE only, to be put in envelope and dropped off in Rec Centre Mailbox
- Note that cheques need to be made out to “Strata NW51” or “Manoah Village”
- You can also make payments with Paypal, by Clicking the ‘Donate’ Paypal Button below
- $1.50 is added to cover the service charges from Paypal
- you can pay with your Paypal account or Credit Card, and there is a spot where you can leave a message
- You will receive keys on the day before your rental (or morning thereof if center was booked)
