N.A.T will be starting the interior cleaning from one end of the complex and systematically

work down to the other end. We cannot come back if you do not provide access due to

equipment involved and we would be late for those expecting us in the rest of the complex.

Inside a high-volume air blower is used to push lint through the lint trap, cleaning the fan and 4” hose

on the back of the dryer towards the exhaust run. If flex hose is visible, we will visually inspect the flex

dryer hose to make sure it is not pinched, cracked, or white plastic hose at time of this cleaning and

report any damage found. Dryers do NOT need to be pulled out.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR DRYER IS EMPTY

IF YOU CAN’T BE AVAILABLE, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO LEAVE YOUR KEY WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR

ON-SITE CONTACT FOR THE BUILDING TO AVOID FURTHER COST SHOULD A RETURN VISIT BE NECESSARY

CREW MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY KEY BEARER.
