PLEASE PROVIDE ACCESS TO YOUR UNIT
CREW WILL BE ARRIVING AT THE COMPLEX BETWEEN 8:30/9AM
(THIS IS A WINDOW OF ARRIVAL AT THE COMPLEX, NOT YOUR UNIT)
SATURDAY, JANUARY 6TH – (CREW #1) UNITS 1 – 55
SATURDAY, JANUARY 6TH – (CREW #2) UNITS 56 -110
N.A.T will be starting the interior cleaning from one end of the complex and systematically work down to the other end
Inside a high-volume air blower is used to push lint through the lint trap, cleaning the fan and 4” hose on the back of the dryer towards the exhaust run. We visually inspect the flex dryer hose to make sure it is not pinched, cracked, or white plastic hose at time of this cleaning and report any damage found. We do not pull out your dryer.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR DRYER IS EMPTY
We will be in each unit for 2-5 minutes
We will then move to the exterior
CLEANING FROM OUTSIDE
TUESDAY, JANUARY 9TH & WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10TH
N.A.T DOES NOT REQUIRE RESIDENT HOME FOR OUTSIDE CLEANING, BUT BE AWARE WE WILL BE MOVING ABOUT THE COMPLEX
Outside a high pressure “reverse air snake” would air wash clean each run from the outside grill back to where the 4” metal duct meets flex hose
IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY AND FOLLOWING COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS, WE ASK THAT YOU PHYSICALLY DISTANCE AND WEAR A MASK FOR THE BRIEF TIME OUR TECHNICIANS ARE IN YOUR UNIT
PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO LEAVE YOUR KEY WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR ON-SITE CONTACT FOR THE BUILDING TO AVOID FURTHER COST SHOULD A RETURN VISIT BE NECESSARY
UNITS WITH DRYERS VENTING TO BALCONIES, WE ASK OWNERS TO PLEASE MOVE ANY OBSTACLES OUT FROM UNDER THE DRYER VENTS AND CREATE A CLEAR PATH FOR OUR TECHNICIANS
NATIONAL AIR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY OR DRYER IF FOREIGN OBJECTS ARE NOT REMOVED FROM EXTERIOR VENT OR FROM INSIDE YOUR DRYER PRIOR TO CLEANING
N.A.T DOES NOT USE VACUUMS TO COLLECT DRYER LINT-YOU MAY NOTICE A LIGHT LAYER OF LINT REMAINING ON THE GROUND; HOWEVER, WE DO OUR BEST TO COLLECT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
