Men In Kilts will be on site starting THURSDAY, JANUARY 20TH, with an
arrival time of 8:00 – 10:00am to clean ALL GUTTERS and the
ROOFTOP DRAINS.

Workers can be expected throughout the day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please be
cautious of ladders, ropes, hoses and equipment.

Please ensure Outside electrical outlets are on and available for
use.

Please unlock any gates during cleaning. (If Applicable)

Units with locked gates will be skipped and there will be an additional charge to return to clean these units

Due to Health and Safety reasons, please clean up after any pets.
Yards deemed unsanitary will have to be skipped.
