Owners please be aware that vandalism continues to be a problem on the  property.  

To report any residents involved in this type of behavior at NW 51 please  contact the strata property manager.  

Please contact the Richmond RCMP non-emergency at (604) 278-1212 if  you witness any property vandalism, or witness any person/s who do not  live at Manoah Village attempting to jump over the fencing or kicking the  gates.  

Owners will be charged back for any damages causes by visitors to their  Strata Lot.
