Anything but square!
The Manoah Village complex is located just south of Williams Rd. between 2nd and 4th Avenue, and across the street from Manoah Steves Elementary School and adjacent park.
The complex consists of 110 stacked townhouses with 1 to 4 Bedrooms and 1 or 2 baths. Most units are spread over two levels, with a few 1-bedroom units on only one level and several side-by-side townhome units.
Lower units have a small rear yard and upper units have a large sun deck, all facing into a large secure park-like area that houses a playground, outdoor heated pool and recreation building.
Manoah Village was designed by renowned architect Arthur Erickson and built in 1974 as one of the City of Richmond’s affordable housing developments. The townhouses were later sold as individual strata units.
Each unit has a covered carport, lots of storage, laundry, and there are several bike rooms and garbage areas.
The complex is only steps from transit lines 406 and 401, minutes from the Dyke trail and easly walkable to Steveston. Seafair shopping Centre is only one block away, and Hugh Boyd Secondary, West Richmond Community Centre the Boyd Soccer Complex are located along the way.
